• SMS summaries generated after each call

3. How We Share Your Information

• VAPI: Our AI voice agent infrastructure provider, which processes call data to power your AI receptionist.
• Twilio / telephony providers: Used to route, deliver, and record phone calls and SMS messages.
• Google reCAPTCHA: Used on our website forms to prevent spam and abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to data processed by reCAPTCHA.
• Ionos: Our web hosting and server infrastructure provider.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver operational notifications related to your PBGAI service.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of PBGAI, our customers, or the public.

4. Call Recordings

All calls handled by your PBGAI AI receptionist may be recorded. Call recordings are stored on our servers and made available to you (the business owner) through your customer portal and via SMS call summaries. Callers are notified at the beginning of each call that they are speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded, in compliance with applicable state and federal law.

If you are a business owner using our platform, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recordings complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any applicable two-party or all-party consent requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Form submission data is retained until you request its deletion or your inquiry is resolved.
• Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 90 days after service termination, unless you request earlier deletion.
